Scope : Facilitating agile ceremonies, supporting teams in adopting Scrum.
Languages: Bilingualism in French/English or Dutch/English required.
Team: Collaboration with Product Owners, stakeholders, and a passionate agile community.
Pyxis Belgium is hiring passionate Scrum Masters to guide agile teams towards the success of their projects. As a facilitator, you will contribute to establishing a collaborative dynamic and maximizing the value delivered to end-users.
Your tasks:
- Facilitate agile ceremonies (daily, sprint planning, review, retrospective).
- Support teams in adopting Scrum practices and in continuous improvement.
- Work closely with the Product Owners and stakeholders.
- Resolve bottlenecks to ensure the delivery of quality increments
Profile sought:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
- Excellent command of agile frameworks, especially Scrum and Kanban.
- Experience in coaching non-agile teams towards agile methodologies.
- Coaching and communication skills.
- Bilingual French/English or Dutch/English.
